ADAM Audio - In The Studio With Richie Hawtin

Richie Hawtin is a Canadian electronic musician and DJ and three-time DJ Awards winner. He was an influential part of Detroit techno's second wave of artists in the early 1990s and has been a leading exponent of minimal techno since the mid-1990s.
We had the opportunity to meet Richie in his Berlin based studio, not really far away from our headquarter. He is using our ADAM S3X-H midfield monitor.

The moments where minimal is not boring are some of the most profound musical moments in all of music on a primal level and if you’ve not reached that moment much with minimal, well, then, I guess that’s just like uh, ya know,…….your opinion, man. No, I agree it can get boring often but it serves a purpose often too.
