Wellston is north county not the westside
Im from stl and yes we have alot of vacant buildings where it use to be life there a lot of those places you saw I remember when it used to pop it was hardly any buildings vacant but as time passed unfortunately so did alot of these hoods and yes it's sad because all this money flowing but looking around you don't see it or at least not the hoods take tower grove for one it was one of the hoods i grew up in and it use to be full of many color people but as time pass it was less and less people home owners started selling they property or being bout out just to snap it back to something else now it's clubs bars restaurant and a more up scale life where housing cost was more expensive but it's all what you make of it here yeah I wish it wasn't so much hate and violence family beefing with blood family more than outsiders but yeah keep going ...I straight saw my son when you was talking about how you was in your waiting season and he been thru a lot and end up writing music hes more like juice world style and he just still going on his journey and i pray to be here when he makes it to the top...

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think you would have gotten better interviews on MLK. Kudos to you for hooking the old dude up. You should head to Louisville and hang out there. My white ass had to go there for kid family reasons. It is legit too.
I’ve been before but not for interviews. I do plan to head back
Its a mess in St. Louis they need to fix these home. Its raggedy
You are correct. They bought all that condemned property in the city. They about to gentrify. STL born & raised
No their not
@@Stlouishoodhistory There is a map of all empty properties in St. Louis. About half the city is vacant and about 90% of those vacant properties are north of Delmar and about 90% of those are owned by St. Louis and have been put in what they call a land bank.
@@williejohnson5172 if you believe that then idk 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@Stlouishoodhistory I'm really not being a conspiracy theorist. Just google St. Louis Vacancy Map. You will be shocked.
Brookside reunion this Saturday come get some history wit us this Man Man Marley sis we got a story to tell to.
Born & raised St. Louis but I really don’t think it’s that bad but touring St. Louis in daytime versus night two different things but I will say ppl here drive like their on a race track 24 seven so be careful 😂
here's a fix for anyone living in these areas: stop smoking weed, get a job, go to church/get involved in your community, and take some ownership in your life instead of waiting for handouts.
She going to the part of St. Louis where you not seeing nobody you saying you wanna go to the hood, but you ain’t trying to go to the hood hood for real
East st Louis and st Louis isn't the same . Thats Illinois and plus its definitely a difference with east saint and stl .
