    Good-morning Paul,
Could you tell me, if it is possible to use high pressure steam with the hotbox?
For example 180 bars and 140°?

Good morning Damien. I would suggest you have a chat with Rutland Pumps - Sophie - give them the spec of your PW and the hotbox you are referring to and they will give you a definitive answer. Much safer than getting a “I think so” from me. 😀 hope that’s ok

Great work there Paul, saw a video were you mentioned that you left an office job to start your own company. Care to share what role you did previously? I am also working in an office role and thinking of starting something where I work outdoors.

Hi Paul, thank you for your great videos! I'm interested in a Watertek hotbox as it seems more compact than others, could you tell me if it's possible to load/unload it from a van (using ramps of course) by myself or is it too heavy? Also, do you think a 15 lpm hotbox would suit my 15lpm PW or should i go for the 25 lpm version as i've read the bigger version would consume less fuel?... Thank you so much in advance.

Get one that matches your machine. You don't want the pressure to build up and result in a problem - with steam this can be very dangerous.

Hi Paul, just starting up in South Wales, I love your website, could you point me towards the creators of it please?

Hi Damien. Soorrrrry - it has taken so long to reply. My website was done using WIX.COM. I initially set it up myself and then used Neill from darkfuse.co.uk to polish it off. They are great WIX consultants and very competitive on pricing. If you approach them mention my name to Neill and he will be very helpful. Hope this helps - Paul

Sorry for not replying sooner. The machine is underpowered for the job. Ideally you need a 21 lpm machine. 15 lpm will do but 21 is best.

Spot on Andy. Yes, I do hope this helps inform customers clearly. I think it is easier for them to make a positive decision if they fully understand the process
