very cool layout. you make great use of the space and still manage to have loads of space leftover that you can get creative with when needs/ideas strike you. i look forward to seeing what else you end up adding ;) definitely looking at some blank spaces on the back doors lol (maybe more bit box racks? cause i know you have a bunch more in those drawers)

Got the same model but struggling to get my 6ft level (1830mm) to work the same without it hitting the back door. Was a hole cut in the lower bulkhead behind the driver’s side to accommodate? Any thoughts or confirmation? Thanks
Had all my tools stolen it’s areal problem in the uk and wrexs people’s lives hope you invest in good locks you have done shuch a great job don’t lose it all over night
So sorry to hear that. Yes , thefts from vans is a real problem and can be devastating. I empty my van everyday after work and lock my tools away. Yes it's a pain but I've got so used to it now it's just another part of my daily routine.
Question van security, how do you secure your van with open boxes in the back? My van been done over 5 times now pigs don't give a shit, I have van vaults but they are awful to work out of. Love to have a system like yours but can't chance it
I empty the van every day after work and load it every morning. Yes its a ball ache but I just can't sleep at night if i dont do it. Luckily i have a secure lock up to put it all in. You're right, police dont care and insurance companies will always give you the run around when paying out.
They were discontinued here in the UK 3 or 4 years ago. There is a newer version but only available in the states. Apparently there are more boxes in the 2.0 coming out later this year but don't hold me to that. Just what I've heard on the grapevine. Hopefully there will be some toughsystem 2.0 drawers in the mix.🤞

I like having a little van and like you i rarely move materials. Organised properly and make use of all the space a small van can be practical.

What’s that high cupboard shelf on bulk head? How’s it fixed to metal?
Just a lillte cubby hole i made to use the dead space above the bulkhead. Its bolted through the bulkhead.

Where’s all your chargers/charging station
My charging station is in my workshop. I keep one charger in the van if i need to charge a battery whilst at work but rarely need that.
