- Howdy everyone and today we are ranking/reviewing every dreamworks racing game. So that is Antz Extreme Racing, Shrek Smash N Crash, Madagascar Kartz, Dreamworks Kartz and finally DreamWorks All Star Racing. Enjoy!

I remember playing Shrek Smash n Crash Racing on my GameCube as a kid and I played the heck out of it every day! Shrek was my whole childhood! 🙋🏻♂️

I used to have Madagascar Kartz on Wii and it was terrible. I still have my GameCube copy of Shrek Smash n' Crash Racing. I got Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing on thursday and I've been having a lot of fun with it. Can't wait to see them do a sequel to it since Bamtang & Gamemill are known for doing sequels instead of dlc. It's crazy how it only has 22 characters and 20 tracks, but that probably hints at them giving us a sequel in the future.
I played Madagascar Kartz on an emulator and for the game, it was actually pretty enjoyable, just wouldn’t call it a game I wouldn’t recommend.
Im interested in the new DreamWorks racing game, but since it’s made by the same people behind those god awful Nickelodoen Kart Racers games, I have pretty reasonable skepticisms.
@ShockwaveFPSStudios Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 & 3 are way better than Madagascar Kartz and Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing. You must be more of a Dreamworks fan. Most people would agree with me that the Nick Kart Racing games are better. I would say Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing is a lot better than Nick Kart Racers 1 though.
Shrek was my childhood. Shrek 2 and Team Action for the PC, Super Slam, and Smash n Crash were awesome lmao

You should rewatch Madagascar Escape 2 Africa, that movie’s better than the original Madagascar, not to mention its easily the best one in the series.
My bigest issue with the newest game is the items, they are too much and hard to dodge, they will only cause you to lose a race and never is valuable enough to win, combined with the awful rubber banding. Their latest nick racer was really solid so its a shame their newer game being so much less fun to play.

Keep in mind the first Nickelodeon kart racers game was not much either in terms of content. The games slowly improved in time with the sequels. This will likely be the same thing. You should really compare this to the first Nick cart racers game and not the sequels.
I agree. Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing turned out a lot better than Nickelodeon Kart Racers 1 did. I hope we see a Nickelodeon Kart Racers 4 later this year since Gamemill releases a new game every two years. I also hope we see a Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing 2 in 2025.
Id say the new DreamWorks Racing game’s better. Unlike Nickelodeon Kart Racers, this one doesn’t rely on Nick nostalgia or even includes that aren’t DreamWorks, so I prefer it over those god awful Nick Racing Games.

@@coreymckee4844Except like you said, DreamWorks is simply using characters that are popular or relevant to them from their studio for racing game.
Nickelodeon over-relies on 80s & 90s Nostalgia, a lot more than using characters that are relevant or popular to them.
