Did it except for the pushups - a bad elbow won't allow that. Did 60 seconds of speed rope at the beginning and end too. I like doing your metabolic workouts alternating each exercise with the speed rope - keeps my heart rate up.

I'm a disabled vet and finally at a point where I feel like it's not too late but getting close. So I'm going to get a kettlebell and try to learn the swing. Burpees are a bit much at my weight. But hopefully I can build up some muscle and lose weight then do some.
This Workout was smoker🔥 no pressure but a serious heart pump and a heavy breather it induced for me. Had to go outside the gym in -7 deg windchill to catch all my breathe. Finished tho. Thank you funk!

But i got into the dad life. So i do not have enough time to go to the gym. Need home work out stuff. I miss the kettlebells, and following your vids for routines and all.
Saw this on Vimeo last week, tried it out. It was nice to not be against the clock for a change. I was worried when i saw the it was the Burpees with the push up but i still got it done!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

He is better and continues to recover, but I have not. I need to lose at least 60lbs, and get fit and do it from home mainly as funds are limited for trainercand gym. I have dumbbell, bands and exercise bike at home. If you see this can you help me??

I learned some more from a strongfirst instructor and he's not enthousiast. Funny how in everything people think in 'group' think. 'My' system is better :) For me every system can live next to eachother
