Oh my goodness… I’ve had a rough few months what with bullying and another thing I’d rather not talk about, and I just want to forget it all. This song is like a remedy for all of that, to forget it. I didn’t think so much emotion could fit perfectly into each word while staying so true to the lyrics’ original meaning. I want to forget about all of the pain and horrific things that have happened to me and listening to this almost feels as if I can, just for a little while… it’s really reassuring, it’s like getting a warm hug from someone you’ve known for forever. I love this beyond words I can describe, I’m now going to sit down with my acoustic guitar and sing these lyrics to myself and hope to feel a little better, even I already do now. everything is wonderful

Hey there, I'm glad you liked my video! So I don't "translate" the lyrics. I base my lyrics on existing translations that other people have made. An English translation of a Japanese phrase will usually make it have less syllables, so you can't use them to sing the song. So I get creative and change it around a bit to make it match the music :)
I like the rendition, so hear me say that. However, there is one glaring issue. In the verses you are flat. Such as "When I look into your eyes". The way eyes sound is a bit off-putting. Sing with more emotion and meaning and that flatness might go away. Think of the emotion Ayaka is singing with. You can feel that emotion. Similarly you can feel the lack of emotion when people sing as well.

Flat and out of tune, not synced with the instrumentals, vocals balanced above them so you cant hear the instrumentals.
