Over the last 5 years I've done so much so self develop and change...
But this ONE thing I'm going to tell you started it all.
Everyone that has ever become someone new, and did something great, did what I'm talking about in this video.
    CHANGE THEIR IDENTITY.
I'm going to show you what happens if you do, and my story on what happened when I did.
Grab a pen, grab a piece of paper, and take some notes.
    -
If you don't know who I am, my name is Andy Elliott. I am the founder of The Elliott Group with my wife Jacqueline Elliott who is our CEO. Today, we have a 150 million dollar business, and we're on our way to a billion.
If you don't believe you are qualified to have a big life...here is my story.
At 18, I got into automotive sales and made a $1,700 commission on my first day.
19 years old, I made 225k in one year.
20 years old, I made my first 500k.
The most I ever made before being promoted to a General Manager was 716k selling cars as a W-2 employee.
As a GM, the most I made was 2.5 million in one year.
In 2019 after 20+ years in the car business, my wife Jacqueline told me she learned to live without me and I decided I was
built for more, was tired of settling and being "better than most" in all areas of life.
    God.
    Family.
    Physical.
    Mental.
    Business.
I went PSYCHO in self development and totally re-created EVERYTHING in my life.
Today, I live by example in everything that I do and my number one goal is to build the world's greatest leaders on planet Earth, and teach everyone how to sell, influence, and persuade, because NO money is ever made without sales.
I see people everyday that have no idea what true potential is…well I do…And it’s UNLIMITED! I am living proof of that!
Imagine what your life would look like if you never had to worry about money again and your family was in a such a good place that if something ever happened to you they were taken care of because of the success you achieved and the person you became.
If you want to make history and become a legend coaching with me, will make that happen guaranteed!
I got your back for life,
    Andy Elliott

Thank you for the inspiration. I’m about to be 49 . I wasted the last 30 years of my life working at a dead end job playing fake rich trying to impress people that don’t give a fuck about me. Then one year ago I quit my job sold my house and everything I owned. I tried to move my family to anywhere in Scandinavia to start a new life after having given up on the American dream of financial success. After spending $60,000 in 5 months trying to achieve a working visa I come to the realization if I just had a couple million dollars, I wouldn’t need a visa. I could buy 4 residence in adjoining countries and live the life I dream of. So I took the last $30,000 my money and moved back to Southwest Florida Naples to be exact to start a pressure washing and cleaning business empire. I spent the last eight months in a fight now trying to start , grow & scale a brand. My Personal goal is to make my first million in 3 1/2 years. Most of the people around me think I have delusions of grandeur . I want for nothing anymore materialistic. What I want now is business growth & financial success. Anyway, thanks for everything 👊🏻

I'm in the same boat. I've had a small commercial flooring company for the last 8 years in Michigan. The winters construction so down so much that when I finally do find a guy that is a good worker, they leave in the winter because hustlers don't like being slow for 4 months every year. If they don't mind sitting home , I don't want them. I was literally wasting time training guys and spinning my tires. I'm now 36 and I took a risk that everyone I know thought was crazy. I was going to relocate a fairly sucessful company only for the chance of a higher upside in the long run. So I'm literally sitting in an extended stay hotel in Austin Texas right now trying to get a foothold down here. Things are actually starting to look extremely good as of yesterday. It's crazy ups and downs though lol. There a solid chance by tomorrow shit will be looking bad again but you just got to stay level headed and grind. Everyone told me not to do it but I liked it. I would tell people my plan knowing they would think it's dumb. Why do that? Your doing fine. You don't know anyone down there though....you never been to Texas before. I love it. I use it for fuel. I'm sure that's some sort of disorder lol anyway keep up the grinding.

@@mattverville9227 thank you for sharing your story we’re in the same battle. We only got this one life and I’d rather end up, broke, withered, and destitute than having not tried. For me it was a hell of a gamble to sell a house that was paid for and blow off most of the money trying to do something, but who knows great success can be just around the corner. Just keep pushing.
I’ve had the same experience everybody around me asking why? that stupid! comments of your crazy.. Well they can just stay in there comfortable rut. I want all I can get out of what life I have left

I have a fairly successful construction company. I feel like they made a decent point about the pain. I had a horribly traumatic childhood and I was 100% going to grow up to be a drug addict or alcoholic. Or I was going to grow up to be unbreakable. The trauma pushes you to either make or break. I look at the people at all the friends and family members that i grew up with that I used to wish so much i was had their life. I wanted to have parents and play sports. I see these people grow up and they completely break because of adversity. They had it too easy. I see my daughter and we are best friends. Shes 12 and we have a great relationship but i worry about her growing up too easy. I always joke that i might have to slap her around a little. Im just going to make her earn everything and work hard for everything. I only reward her for the effort she puts in. Long story short, the muscle you use in your mind to overcome adversity is important
