Well why secret service allowed anyone on a roof within say 500 yards and at 150 it's easy but the reason 500 is it takes trained beyond that but I've heard the excuses and failure is not a option and basically since the JFK thing and yes it's way more to it but a bolt action he manually loads each round and says oh I'll leave cases but no one takes it seriously I hope trump does now and he does need the best and polygraph or anything else is needed

Because these are decisive people. We have been conditioned for decades to NOT be, to defer, to counsel, to commune, to ask the women, peers, your friends etc. All that is wise when the answers aren’t obvious but as I’ve heard, George Patton said, decisions are easy when you have the facts. PBD asking the authority who is providing answers, the decision is elementary.
YET, most companies and most any organization is sludged down with committees and lack of urgency.
THIS is why Trump won. He is bringing in the A-Team of decisive actors. They know where to find information, process quickly and make the dang decision, and GO!!!
Please God, protect those tapped to run the Trump administration like a well oiled machine!!

Thankfully Modern Day Spec Ops doesn't tolerate that Mindset, nor should they.

Absolutely wrong on polygraph. Polygraphs don't accurately detect truth from deception.. they simply measure physiological responses to questions. It has 0 way of determining truth from deception because there isn't a physiological link between truth and deception across the human population that is consistent enough for such a test to be accurate. This is why it isn't admissible in court. It doesn't matter what kind of person you have administering the polygraph or what kind of equipment they have. There is no way of determining truth from deception with 100% accuracy short of being able to read someone's thoughts, which is obviously impossible.
