Hi Matt! I saw a David winters cottage on that table for 10 bucks. They used to be really valuable. My Mom collected them and even met him several times to have him sign her cottages. The signed ones still hold some value. My Brother has an entire wall display of them as he was with our mom when they would meet him. I have a bunch my daughter has a bunch. It's just crazy😊

If you pull out smaller amounts of money, sellers might charge you less when you ask for something after you pay for the 1st round. People are greedy! They might try to take advantage of you when they see what you have. Love your videos either way! ❤😊

Matt reached right over the best item on the table at 36:26. Those Stealth STL200 motion sensors are $70 new. I have to use those on the front of my shop because they are the only motion detectors that aren't destroyed after 1 year due to weather exposure on the south facing side of my shop.

I hate when ppl overprice their stuff. Its like they really dont want to part with their junk. When i do a yard sale its to get rid pf stuff. I had a full size bed with sheets ,comforter and bed frame ( 4 post) . A man needed a bed but had little money so i sold all for ten bucks. I got rid of it and the man got a bed. He came back and tried to givee more money and i said no. It helped me so i didnt have it taking up space.
I loved the movie "Small Soldiers!" If you haven't seen it, go rent it! I saw it with my sons. They loved it! The Gorgons were great action figures. We fell in love with them. ❤
