I tried 2 tabs p11 pro gen 2. Both not working correctly. Pen works for 95% of time then it intermittently doesn't respond at all. It's not precise. Sometimes it writes a milimeter away from the contact point, Sometimes not. Sometimes its accurate, and Sometimes Completely not accurate. My old s-pen on Samsung note 9 works much better and its 5 years old!

I got this with a defective Pen. Getting the entire tab with pen replaced. Hopefully works this time. The Pen keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth after you take it off from the back

My question for you is now, which OS you would say it's the best for a student for note taking but also what Tablet of both of the OS's you would prefer for Note taking. I'm thinking to get the Xiaomi pad 5 or the IPad 9th generation but I'm not that sure on which tablet the note taking is good for a student and on which OS are the best Note taking apps.
I think the ipad is better due to apple having superior palm rejection and if you want to write notes over a document in MSword or MSpowerpoint it just works better EDIT: better software on ipads
@@teohyc Samsung palm rejection is great as well. I prefer not taking with Samsung SPen. For Drawing ipad is kind but SPen is right behind. The Lenovo precision Pen 2 is note great in my opinion. I own the Legion Y700 and it is not as fluid using it. Palm Rejection is spotty.

Some youtubers confirm that S8 ultra will have the new 2.4ms Spen ! I have my budget restricted for around 700USD and for which I'm getting the S7+ version. So please please suggest me what should I do ? Will the 9ms and 2.4ms(If new Spen comes to S8 Base version) Spen bring a huge improvement in the writing experience? Or should I take the risk and go with S7+ Eagerly waiting for your reply.
I don't think the difference between 9ms vs 2.4ms is that noticeable in real life. But Tab S8 is not out yet so I can't say much. 9ms is still really fast.

I have issues with the draw feature in MS Word and Powerpoint where I can't get it to ignore my palm and writing notes on top of teacher Powerpoint slides is very bad. Any better apps for this or pdfs?

For note taking, go with Xiaomi. Not much difference between the two for note taking. Xiaomi tablet provides more value overall and is way better
