Thanks Daniel! I posted a few short update videos that have most of the paint done for the upper level! I still have a ton to do but it's looking pretty good so far!

This is epic! That must have looking so much time cutting all those notches

      Thanks a bunch!
My technique evolved along the way.. on the first half of the table, I was making the notches with a putty knife when the plaster was still wet.. it was difficult and caused me to redo some sections. On the other half, I let the plaster dry, and then used a oscillating tool to cut the notches.. the second method was much faster!

@dansandy7670 ohh I thought it was clay I want to do that but currently I don't have space for that indoors I'm building one outside currently it's just some rubbish and paper mashey I really hope it doesn't rain! I'm going to add a layer of concrete on it to make it look like rock and so it doesn't wither away in the rain. I have got an old table in the centre and I've added like a ramp on one side I want to make a youtube video show casing it anyway I've got one side done, well it's currently drying and im going to add a layer of concrete to it then complete another side and add more concrete and I'll do that until its finished, imm only just practicing as I'll move soon and I'll have space in my basement to make a cool indoor one like yours I'll probably still make it put of concrete though as I want it on the floor and I want to be able to stand on it,
      All the best

I can see why you'd think it's clay, but I think they would have probably been too heavy.
It doesn't matter what it's made it is as long as it suits your purpose! Were you able to build it without rain issues?!
Please share progress videos when you have time!

That course is insane!!! But so amazing!!!! How much time and money have you spent into that course! What is the total foot print of it more or less ?

      Thanks Clayton!
I couldn't begin to guess how much time I've spent because I only work on it once a week or so, and I've evolved the process as I've gone along... I've used around 15 bags of plaster, and probably 12 boxes of plaster tape (not to mention other supplies?... I'm also not sure how much I've spent, but I'm pretty sure it's currently over $1,000 USD.
If I put the lower level right after the upper level, it would be something like 3.5 ft deep by 31 ft long!
