- I got my dream car, a 2022 Tesla Model Y long range :) here is a daily vlog on my tesla model y delivery day and everything I did to get a tesla model y. Also, I think being financially responsible is huge and I wanted to make sure I shared financial tips on how to afford a tesla. A tesla model y is a wonderful car but being able to financially afford a tesla model y is important. Congrats on the Tesla, but more importantly, your parents taught you well about financial responsibility. The Tesla will be a fun, yet depreciating asset over the long haul. If you stick to those 6 principles you mentioned in the video, then you’ll be doing great in 15-20 years which will arrive faster than the blink of an eye. Great work!
The Tesla isn’t a depreciating asset. You seem shady and jealous because you can’t afford one.
@@wintersantiago2274 Uhmm yes they are WTF? Maybe not as of right now, but they will likely depreciate (just like any other vehicle) a lot, when things at some point return to normal again, and we dont have all kinds of shortages.
Vehicles have never been an "investment", unless you buy a super rare vehicle, that not a lot has been made of, and is in pristine condition.
Used Teslas are selling for more than a new Tesla.

Everything about Tesla is crazy! The battery life, the tail lights, the interior etc. Tesla stocks is the best of them all! I have always hoped to invest in Tesla stocks one day but the thought of doing so without enough knowledge of the stocks market makes the whole thing less attractive to me. One cannot afford to lose any money in this pandemic era
@Jooste Constance Rebecca True! I made this mistake some years back. I was sure I had learnt the DIY ropes, invested all by myself and lost thousands of dollars. It was the saddest year for my journey to FI but after much persuasion from a relative, I decided to give stocks a try again. This time, with the help of an investment broker I came across in a cnbc interview. Made $245,000 in profit within few months of investing and recovered my losses

@@gaileickhoff116 Be careful, lots of scams out there with pretend portfolio managers that advertize their way into fame (even though they may be total frauds). I started with stocks recently, but using income that you "were about to waste but didn't" is a good way to start.
Maybe cook some meals instead of eating out too often - you have $200 a month for investing. No risk because you would have eaten it up anyway... which is a 100% instant loss. :)
