I find it so cool that the first stage in Shadow Generations is the final Shadow stage from his first game, and the final stage in Shadow Generations is a remake of the first stage we ever played as Shadow.
I love so much what they did with the space colony Ark, the title itself tells you everything. They did a mix of most of the stages that took place in the site. -Final Rush/The Ark -Final Chase -Crazy Gadget -Space Gadget -A little bit of Cosmic wall and Eternal Engine. Almost all in one thing.
I love how for The Space Colony Ark, it's a mix of Final Rush & Final Chase from SA2 & The Ark from Shadow '05. Plus seeing Rail Canyon/Bullet Station being a Heroes representative is so cool to see.
I'm saying. As much as I love what they did with Radical Highway, I think Radical Highway should've been the penultimate stage with the final stage being either Lava Shelter or Black Comet. Also, I didn't care for Sunset Heights so if any Shadow stage replaced that i would've been happy lol
I thought sunset heights was a very strange pick to have as a stage when i saw it first pop up, but honestly the gameplay of the stage itself was incredibly fun. I was disappointed a bit by how short the "shadow generations" part of the game was, but i guess it is what it is. Only took me 4 and a half hours to beat the main story while repeating some s ranks a couple times. But at least all the stages were solid fun imo
Shadow generations is not short, this is the size of an average Sonic game, Sonic Generations is the same size on average, you just think Sonic Generations is bigger because of a false long term memory.
@@toarumajutsuverso2086 I… never said sonic generations was longer but ok. In my head I was moreso comparing the length to sonic frontiers which was why I was a bit disappointed
Sunset Heights, Radical Highway, Railway Canyon, AND Kingdom Valley surprised me! I FORGOT that Chaos Island was one the worlds to explore in Sonic Frontiers!
For the Chaos Island levels, it doesn't make any sense because Shadow never was in there. He never appeared in Sonic Frontiers (It doesn't count when Sonic mentionned him).
Yeah, would've been neat if they gave a reason in game for why Shadow was going there but I actually really enjoy how active and fast it's act 2 feels.

Yes, on the 3DS, same goes for the Biolizard which didn't make sense for both because Sonic never goes on Radical Highway and never fought the Biolizard. It was spectator. 😅

The ARK level in Shadow Generations is more like am amalgamation of multiple ARK-themed levels from both Sonic Adventure 2 and Shadow the Hedgehog than any ARK stage in particular.
@@GokaiAkaranger And the reason it's like that is because Shadow physically starts the game on the ARK, he goes through all of Act 1 before getting pulled into White Space

Space Colony Ark is a mix of three levels, Final Rush, Final Chase and The Ark.
Well more like every ARK stage from either SA2 and Shadow The Hedgehog since they also included the interiors from the mech sections and Crazy Gadget.
4. Space Gadget.
And. Crazy Gadget

I love how angry the train in bullet station is
Funny how Chaos Island is an action stage in Shadow Gen, but an adventure field in Frontiers, which Shadow wasn't originally in.

It pains me that they didn’t use not one stage from Shadow The Hedgehog Game but everything else was great
The very first level was The Ark from Shadow the Hedgehog, but also had Final Rush for a big portion alongside the OST
@@ExtraordinaryFate Westopolis would've been the most likely if they did have one

Me da mucha risa la traducción del título 😅
Im still confused as to why there's no Shadow The Hedgehog (2005) stage.
They decided to use an adventure field from Frontiers, which Shadow wasn't even in, but use as action stage in Gen.

Great origin video man. But, some of your gameplay in the rest of this video is out of sync that I notice.

I have only one question - why in 5:00 you take Sonic level, while Shadow variant is exist and his level is more similar? At list he have bomb-cannon
There are 3 options he could’ve done
1. Original level
2. Original level with shadow in it
3. Shadow DLC version of level
