Sir I too affected with guellenburrow syndrome and was in coma for 90 days and came back for me after coming back from coma had lot of complications the doctors treated for TBM when I was feeling lot of pain Ramana Maharshi was seen and smiling calmly I do not know the meaning of it even till today but even after 5 years I am still suffering with post complications .I can understand your feelings you are blessed to have blessings of guruji .Om namashivayta
