In the soil test data whether the value of Phosphorus & Potash is given as P & K or P2O5 or K2O? Rating charts are different for both the cases. In the soil health card it is written as Potash(kg/ha) so whether the value of elemental P should be taken or P2O5?

In the soil test data the results are provided in the form of P2O5 and K2O. Even in all cases, like the recommendations and the prints on fertilizer packets are also in the form of P2O5 and K2O.
Practically P and K is not useful for us.
P and K term are useful in case of studies inside the plants.
