U/S 80 D Income Tax Act if I pay Medical/ Health Insurance Premium paid by Credit Card, then I allowed or not Deduction under This Section Provision ?
Yes, it is allowed but the card must belong to same person

Govt don't want that, general people should have more money with them. In future it will be like, govt will take all the asset of general public and will give the minimum required amount for living like-25k per month.
Think about 30% tax slab. Govt don't do anything but will take 30k from your 1lac income.
