    Sorry All! 🙏🏻 I made a mistake in my OBS export setting 😭 the export quality is set to 1280x720, and not the highest quality. Sorry 🙏🏻 Some of the part in this video might not be super clear, if you have any questions, let me know! :)

    Very interesting!
    I would love to see a dedicated video to working with percentage values in Looker Studio. The software is indeed very powerful, but I find displaying percentage values very tricky. Especially in pivot tables, where I typically would need to show a summed up value side by side with the percentage of that value.

      Hi there, thanks for watching! 🙏🏻 I might already have some tutorials for pivot tables - but I'll add your suggestions to my video ideas! Thanks alot! 😊

    Is there a way to put a condition on the button so that it displays or hides a table? Like a button... "show details"... that way I could make my page cleaner

    • @danalyser
      @danalyser  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Daniel, thanks for watching! 🙏🏻 Re. your question, while I'd LOVE to have this feature in Looker. Unfortunately, I don't think it's is available at the moment, and this button feature might not be a solution for that as well.
      But just throwing out my idea, maybe you can have 2 similar pages, one with the table and one without, then you can add a link say "Show details" somwhere so the user can actually navigate to second page through a navigation button? :)

    Wow, it is super helpful indeed. It actually solved my questions. But, I got one more question see if you could help, how could I group the existing daily data into weekly basics like 1st to 7th Jul - Week 1; 8th to 14th Jul - Week 2, etc? Which formula should I use?

    Why use filter buttons if you can dropdown? Or is there a difference?

    • @danalyser
      @danalyser  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Filter button can combine more than 1 conditions, where dropdown can only filter to the values in the dimension.
      Filter button is also more intuitive for users, for example, you can create filters for “last month”, “US and UK only” etc

    Good evening, I have a question for our honorable professor. Is it possible, through Looker Studio, that I can enter data into a table as is the case in an Excel sheet? I have another question: Can I hide the Google Sheet file menus and toolbar from the user when entering data and he cannot show the menus such as the File, Edit, or Format menu? Thank you and we apologize for the length

    I had the Week inserted as text type in my data. So whenever I applied the Week number as 'Date Range Control', the output result is correct but it lost the comparison data vs the last period for example. How can I resolve this issue to have the flexibility to filter data either by the built-in date range or the Week number (as text type)? If that is even possible? Thanks in advance.

    • @danalyser
      @danalyser  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! you may try to change the format of the week to date, or use PARSE date to convert it from text to date data type. Hope this helps!
