Its 15 days from August and 4 from July 28 to July 31st (july 28, 29, 30, 31 is 4 days), so he literally just did 15 + 4 = 19 and was too unbothered to do 19 + 365 so he just said "19 + 365". Also in the video when she first asks "how far apart the albums release dates were" he says he doesnt know, then he realizes he does know (probably) because he remembered it was his friends birthday. You can literally see the realization in his face at 3:13
