Er, why not get lactose free milk? I've been drinking milk my whole life, then something changed. First found out via a coffee, I thought the milk had gone off. Now I'm on oat milk in my coffee and lactose free milk. If fact I can't have milk chocolate (not a big deal, dark chocolate is where it's at). You can get lactose free in Dubai, can't remember the brand.

Oat milk is my new go to! It is the solution if you can’t tolerate cow milk.
It’s a must, I made the switch to oat years ago and it’s been great 😊
