It's awesome to see a video with all of the intros. FFIV with the red wings theme has to be my favorite. Also when kain and Cecil walk out through the gates together
Hey Locke! FF4’s intro is super iconic to me for sure, that game was the introduction to the series to me so that moment was always be one of the defining moments of the series! Thank you for commenting and it’s good to hear from you!
Naturally the intro for 6 will always likely be the best. I think it trumps even the newer titles. It was simple but beautiful. Sets the tone perfectly. It’s just kind of incredible really how much it accomplishes, the feels it gives, with simply some minor animation and it’s soundtrack.
I 100% agree, but I think all of them have their charm! When I was making this, I definitely felt the shift in intros with FF6. It was dark, almost barren, but still carried a bit of hope and intrigue. It's so perfectly crafted! Thank you for commenting, Thomas! Good to hear from you!

Have always had nothing but love for the opening of 4, with my favorite part being the morning after, when Cecil and Kain leave the castle. Really enjoyed the added sequence in the DS version, with the soldiers standing at attention and saluting them.

Perfection I have these games downloaded on my PlayStation 4 if you guys are serious about Dragon Quest aka Dragon Warrior please hand the project off to the programmers of this masterpiece as a fan of DQ I want to see this much quality
For the life of me I simply cannot figure out what the hell they were thinking in using those crap character sprites. Yikes. For me, it makes them unplayable. Im happy to stick with emulators and running them at 4x. What would be especially cool though would be a FF7R-style remake of FF6. ❤❤

The PR did some great intro revamps. FF6 is still the best, but the others are still great.
