Bahrain MTB Bash - Ummm, Any Good?

- Never in a million years did I think I'd be riding in Bahrain. If you didn't know Bahrain is very flat no matter where you look. So to find a loop on trail forks that could be the ticket was exciting.
I've got the qualification that allows me to take people out for a ride, and the Navy provided us with the bikes, transport and safety items etc.
Always cracking to give people the opportunity to try something new and perhaps different to a regular day in the Gulf Region. Meeting up with Mike my brother in law also (small world)
So in essence Bahrain has something to offer in terms of riding, but it wasn't the best. That said after months of not riding it was awesome to get out with the boys regardless.

Cool video, thanks for sharing. We built most of those trail but stopped going there because campers and picnic goers just trash the place. If you’re still in Bahrain you’re welcome to join us, we have more near Alareen with more variety (very limited elevations but we have a fun network of trails around there)

I lived in Bahrain for a year. What a Sh1t hole. There is absolutely nothing to do there. Didnt bother taking my bike. I mean its cool for bahrain but imagine riding out there all the time. Would get rather boring fast. The land of nothing that place. Hope to never have to set foot on that island ever again.

Brother, it's important to recognize that every place in the world has its own unique advantages and disadvantages. While your statement may be accurate, it's worth noting that Bahrain is widely considered to be one of the most peaceful places on Earth
