    Hi Duncan! You are my absolute favorite yoga teacher on TH-cam :) Question - I would like some affordable yoga blocks. I don't know what material or size is best. Stability is important to me, and the one foam block I have is so lightweight it seems it would feel unsteady in certain poses. I'm 5"1'. Will you share your opinion with me? Thanks!

    I'm so glad you're making more videos. The one I did last week which focused on butt building and core...oh my! Here I thought mine were in good shape because I work both areas regularly, but the soreness the day after told me otherwise! Great job, Duncan!
