    I felt a lot of clean energy on Day 4. An energized feeling of focus on the future and being mindful and purposeful in what I do each day. I love the quotes you bring into your philosophy chats. “Who is more hurtful, the person who wronged you once, or you for reliving it over and over again in your head?” ... this was hurt actually and brought lots of emotions up but it was healthy to feel that and recognize that feeling and having the ability to let go of our "stories" of the past and not letting it define us going forward.
    I just love your mindset, positivity, and perspective.

    Day four... Moderation... definitely what I needed to here today... often I’m guilty of doing things in extremes, either working out too much or lazing too much or grazing too much ;) Thanks @duncanyoga #duncanyoga10day

    Been spending a lot of time during quarantine going for walks and taking pictures of everything beautiful that I see and it has helped my overall energy, especially on not-so-happy days. Loved todays talk, thank you !

    I've been practicing Yoga for probably 8 years and I was always keen on Handstanding (but never pressured myself). Today I did it! Thank you! Such a beautiful way to spent my morning :) love the philosophy and the challenging part & pranayama of course! So loving all! :)

    I did this practice in a place with very creaky floors, and it was so perfect because I got aural feedback every time I dialled my feet. Thanks & namaste x
