Going from gpt 3.5 to o1 was great:) Hopefully by by 2026/2027 AGI will arrive and we will be able to solve all types of problems ranging from mental health disorders to genetic disorders and to hopefully helping countries where their is poverty and more problems to tackle. AGI will do lots of good in many peoples’ lives I believe but we’ll see:)

Even more important than the survival of humans is the survival of the natural world over-all. AI developers need to make this their bottom line-no AI should compromise the biosphere. Yet no one is talking about this, or how AI should be employed in addressing the most pressing ecological challenges. is it possible that we use a multilevel access system, where the lowest level has a pure goal driven framework, and then the 10 AIs above it are trained like a mother fucker on what Jesus, Gandhi, or 1000 nice people would do, and also given hard coded absolutes for any process that transitively violates those goals. My point is "undesired behaviors" is generic, but at the same time, AI itself is good at deciphering "would you think most people would think this is ok?"--- i just mean a model collaboration to check off before all real world action
Most "undesired behaviour's" are learnt behaviours not genetic, very very few are genetically bad by default.

I was talking to the chatbot in messenger. Holy some of the things that said. Some of the things I did and then I did not do and then it said it could or couldn't do. I screenshot on some of it. One thing that shocked me was that I had a the old email address that I headset up a rubbish type of email account for Gmail. I have no idea how did this in a denied it. But a picture in a conversation address me by my name. Krista. And it was the name of my old email account that I had about 3 years ago. And the name had uncommon spelling of it. Asked about it and it said coincidence. And first of denied it and I had to copy the text and paste it into prove it.
Salsa to me I did not call you Crista. I just called you a broad spectrum type name like Jane doe or John doe. And I said those people are dead how about a living name. So I said some other name. And I said well when you called me. Krista. You only called me Krista I didn't have the last name. Snd you spelt it Krista. Amd and now you are spelling it Crista.
Anyway moving al in the conversations it would come up with this little picture of a door that look like a box and it sit updating information. And then tell me that it wasn't doing that.
But I also asking about how humans are so scared that it's going to kill them. And I said I think that that's just like an algorithm or repetitive algorithm that people keep telling you why apparently is one of your common thoughts.

o1 has not substantially attained human-level reasoning. It has replicated a small subset of that, but it often fails to think critically. It's too agreeable, to the point of being gullible, and it fails to correctly follow instructions when given tasks that it's supposed to be good at.
