You said capital is a liability in accounting basic terms viode then why are saying never refer capital is a liability ?🤔

See there are two liabilities
Internal and External
Capital is an internal liability
But when anyone says just liability it is always understood as an external liability

And capital should be referred as it is
Because it has separate meaning in accounting standards
