  • Join Meherwan as he walks you through a Parsi fan-favorite, Kheema (or spiced ground lamb). Whether it's on a bun or over rice, this fragrant and delicious hash is a quintessential Indian street food.
At Chai Pani, the Sloppy Jai has become a beloved menu item. Made with this spiced lamb hash that is simmered in a stew of tomatoes, ginger, and aromatic spices, the kheema is then piled high on top of buttered, grilled pav (aka Indian buns) and topped with chopped onions, cilantro, and chutneys. It is quite honestly the most awesome sloppy joe you'll ever have.

"God forbid, tofu..." BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Thanks for sharing these techniques. I love that this dish is keto-friendly! Scrambled eggs and Kheema sounds fabulous.

Because his company is very misleading. They treat employees very badly. They have a very bad rap with locals in Asheville for a reason.
