THe tier 9 German Wonderwagon the Jagdtiger. It's massive dpm deceptively strong armour and solid gun give it a better chance at carrying than some would expect. Wow, this brings up memories. Haven't played this game in 4 years or so, but the algorithm served up this video. I was a day one player and when the Tier 8 version of this tank came out as a winter premium I went for it (it looks like a heifer with its winter camo LOL).
The 8.8 gun at Tier 8 was devastating in those early years especially on the original versions of the maps and it had preferential matchmaking. Give the tank and commander every mod/skill that boosted reload, then find a good hull-down spot and fire away. Move in as needed. It was my third most played tank and had my highest avg dmg per game .It all came crashing down when the first light tanks were brought into the game giving players the ability to yolo in at crazy speeds. One of those little buggers would be on your butt before you even got into a suitable location. Good times, and good to see Bushka is still at it!

@@ScienceFan1859 I've just always done decent in German TD's. Mix of everything I'd guess.
If you look close to the one at the Tank Museum it's missing a set of road wheels on the left side.
All I remember is how gigantic it was in the flesh 😂

I need to get this tank just because it's so iconic, but what's held me off is that these days with gold spam its armour is paper thin, and its speed doesn't justify that.
I'll try it with the hull down strat you used in this video when I get it though and see how it goes.

Gold rounds is a nickname for them because that's what they were originally...

The insane amount of dpm covers the flaws in armor profile.
Even if you trade with someonewho can pen u every single shot head-on, you are gonna make them regret it.
This one and e75 are my most favorite tanks inT9
(E100 was my first line to grind and this one is second)

When any premium non-turreted TDs become collectors, I’ll sell them for gold lol. Just isn’t my style. I tend toward the mediums/lights. Gave them a good run, but yeah, nah.
When the FUCK are the "development team" going to do something for this game other than pointless "events" to winn tanks we already have or "introducing" YET MORE BLOODY TANKS that we DON'T NEED?
How about some NEW MAPS with OPEN TERRAIN rather than the over-cluttered PEEK A BOO BULLSHIT that we mostly have now?
