i would assume they didn't know, all they needed to know was that they're making a video what is love. and then the person making the edit stitched it toegher.
I was thinking that too, and my next thought was "isn't it funny how we've made a very honest and innocent action something taboo?". I mean I'm not saying they should throw down and consummate their union in front of 500 kindergarten students, or full on french kiss for 6 straight minutes, but a simple kiss on the lips wouldn't be inappropriate at all. These kids see their parents and other grownups in their lives kiss.
