Vartan Oskanian։ Justice for Nagorno Karabakh is necessary for peace

Vartan Oskanian, the former foreign minister of Armenia (1998-2008), appeared at a CSI side event at the UN Human Rights Council to lay out the case for the right of return as an "inextricable" part of a sustainable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
