We are building a 10'x12' Palram Polycarbonate Greenhouse. The Victory Chalet model! The kit arrived in 2 boxes with all the parts and pieces numbered and labeled ready to go! We followed along with the instruction book that was included, it is written like a giant Lego built! The pictures were simple and easy to understand. We had the base and the walls up in one day! I ordered the same greenhouse, and it has arrived. My husband and I have watched your video and plan to assemble soon along with the help of our son and daughter-in-law 😁 I’m pretty excited!! So glad to hear you’ve been happy with this greenhouse.

Your question for what to grow……I plan on starting flowers from seed, probably tomatoes and zucchini, cucumbers. I’ll have succulents & cacti, and overwinter (Zone 8a North Carolina) tender outdoor container plants. I’m sure there will be a learning curve!

Hi Mike, I found this product from our local jacuzzi hot tub place. we used it to level under the hot tub and thought it would be a great option for the greenhouse! The link for the product is in the video description. Thanks for watching!
Looks like a decent sized greenhouse. Is the roof clear as well? I used a translucent plastic for my roof and find it diffuses light perfectly.
The roof panels are uv protected, opaque! We will have to see how it does in the spring for growing! Thanks for watching!

This looks amazing! I’ve been planning on installing the same kit but I have a relatively small yard. Can you tell me, if I were to install it in a back corner, up against neighbours’ fences on the back and right side, would that make installation more difficult, or impossible? Thanks for making this video 🙏🏻
I don't think it would be impossible but having access to the sides to instal the upper parts of the walls is somewhat needed, just enough space to be able to use a screwdriver to fasten the bolts. You do need enough space to slide the roof panels in from the back though, they are very flexible if your close to a fence.

Anyone buying greenhouses, please make sure you have all parts before you start! I bought a greenhouse March 2021, I laid out all the parts and numbered them with a sharpie so I could find them faster for assembly, There was one piece missing..called the company and it was on back order, didn't receive the part until mid July 2021!
What a great idea! We fortunately didn’t have any missing pieces but what a bummer it would be to get so far in a build to find out something was missing! Thanks for the great tip!

This flooring you used, does it get fastened to the ground too? Will it withstand high winds? I’ve not seen this type of flooring before but seems cheaper than concrete
The flooring just sits on the ground, the greenhouse is fastened to the floor and the cable anchoring system holds everything into the ground with large auger type posts. This type of greenhouse is only rated for 90km/h or 56miles/hr winds. I will keep you updated on how it does over the seasons! Thanks for watching!
Where do you get the flooring?
E' possibile montare la porta doppia sul lato dell' orangerie, anzichè sul davanti?
Is it possible to mount the double door on the side of the orangery, instead of on the front?
No, not on the Orangery model. The kits come with specific pieces for assembly, you would not be able to move the door because of the T-shape of the roof and framing that is required to assemble it structurally.
Finally, mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow after 9 months of waiting
Wondering how the snow load is on this ?
We don't get a lot of snow here. Only a couple inches at a time. There is a snow load rating for the greenhouse from the manufacturer but I can't remember what it is? If I can find it I'll let you know.
