Do NOT buy this product- I researched All the major electric scrubbers, and as I narrowed it down between Rubi horsepower & The Synoshi Scrubber, the more I looked at the overall power wattage between the 2, the more I believed that hands down, the rubi horsepower scrubber was definately the choice I wanted... I was absolutely wrong: Inside the rubi is a brown, I believe 5 sided little connector piece which stays on the rubi machine itself (it's right in the middle and there's a silver screw from the machine that supposedly keeps it attached to the machine, and this piece is The overall connecting piece that connects the machine to All the different scrubber heads. I used this machine a total of 4x, and the last time, I tried to change scrubber heads, and this connector piece became unattached from the machine and stuck inside the scrubber head I just removed... And it's tight fit (obviously-so scrubber heads stay on)-meant that no matter what I did, this piece remained wedged inside the rubi scrubber head. It is a FATAL DESIGN flaw- I swear to you, I have no stake whatsoever in any different scrubber brand (I haven't even used the synoshi I just purchased)- But You Do Not want this machine- This connector piece came off- and that was it- Rubi doesn't sell replacement connector pieces, nothing- I asked them if there was anything I could do or purchase. They responded that they don't sell any replacement parts of the machine and after the 30 day return window-That's it. You're out of luck. Do NOT buy this machine- It absolutely, positively has a fatal design flaw that becomes easily present once you start changing scrubber heads-no replacement parts-nothing. This connector part just came right off and that was it-4 uses. Do not buy this thing.
