    So sweet, and the best love and memories you can give your young daughter. She will never forget this time you guys spend here together exercising and also will pass it on to her future children. You will live on through them forever and ever as your generations continue. Keep up the good work and love of exercise and health.

    So much more fun than the "traditional" core exercises most coaches get you to do.

    The snake down, used to do that in 82' as part of my breakdance move. Think I can get it back with the assistance of GMB.
    Btw, I dig your funky music tracks.

    Ohohoho!! These core exercises are soo interesting! I always found core exercises very tedious and boring, even though I really wanted to do work on my core, BUT no more!! I was recently able to do Wall walk (handstand progression) without much difficulty and it felt so exhilarating, haha! Thanks to you, I'm falling in love with exercising!

    • @gmbfit

      Lots of exercises are tedious, but there's loads of others that aren't ") Glad you're starting to appreciate moving your body.

    Amazing how tough this session is. Great finisher! It was raining today so I couldn’t do my elements free flow at the end of my session so I did this instead. Loved it! Thank you.

    Just enrolled in the Vitamin program. Did my first session today. Loved it. Def going to improve flexibility & balance while building strength and burning fat. I was surprised at how tired I was after 22 mins (didn't last the full 30). Keep up the great work!

    A 5-minute killer 😃👍 Thanks, Ryan and Sienna! This is my second day in a row, just perfect after a jog.
    Is it something that can be done every day? I struggled with snake down - was hitting the floor 😆 Ended up doing jumping jacks instead.

    • @ryanchurst
      @ryanchurst 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I wouldn't suggest doing it everyday. Just a couple times a weeks is plenty.

    I just saw Andy's email and decided to try this for my warm up today. I mostly felt it in my shoulders, so perhaps, but technique needs some work, but I'm definitely breathing heavy, that was fun.

    • @gmbfit
      @gmbfit  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, you're using them too, but if you really focus on twisting the body *from the body* instead of by pushing and pulling with your arms, it'll change things considerably :)

    Would you recommend this series of movements for someone who has had a ruptured lumbar disc in the past? I'm looking to increase my core strength to decrease back fatigue and lower discomfort.

    I’ve been watching your other videos on parallete training, I currently work with weights. How would I incorporate both in my workouts?

    • @ryanchurst
      @ryanchurst 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Many different ways I could answer but it all comes down to your goals. Usually I don't suggest mixing and matching because could be too much. But let's say you are doing pbarz and using weights for leg strength. In that case could do 2 pbar sessions and one, possibly two, leg days a week. Basically upper/lower split. Again, really comes down to your goals and what all you're doing.
