Idk if anyone wants these but more Flying Tips: If you don’t want to bring hair oil wear your hair down. I find that when I travel I look a little more ruff when I wear my hair up because my little hairs fly around and stick up ans woke go down. Wear layers when your on the plane. Just had a 11 hour flight and I had on leggings a t-shirt, sweatshirt, another jacket with two blankets and still was cold. My last tip and the best BE NICE TO THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS! If your nice and polite it can take you so far. My mom and I got moved from a seat across from the toilet to a three seat row with no people. Another time my flight was stuck on the gate for an hour before take off and the plane was packed. It was hot and getting stuffy. I went to the flight attendants and was able to get water and a snack. I wasn’t feeling well and it made the hour sitting there so much better. I know many people were upset and weren’t happy they couldn’t get out of the plane; they took that out on the flight attendants and it didn’t help at all to make the flight better. Also this is one of the better travel videos. I travel a good amount and these tips are good.

I don't use the seat pocket. But I usually wipe down all of the surfaces, buttons, arm rests and window before the plane takes off. Great tips! I'm not traveling until next year but I still binge watch travel videos!

What a fun video, love your lively spirit! I'm taking a group of 25 to Madrid, Barcelona, Brussels, and Paris in a couple months. Last trip a couple of years ago was 31 of us in Paris, Venice, and Rome (I did all the planning and handled EVERYTHING making the trip $1200 per person for 2 weeks vs $4500 through a tour company) I am ALL about my comfort so I have a lot of what you showed. One word...Compressionsocks. 😄 2 words...packable downblanket. Worth what little space it does take.

🍭🍬🍫🍿you're hilarious and so right on a lot of points especially the dirty disgusting planes. I have been travelling for over 50 years and have always sanitized the armrests and tray tables, I try not to touch anything in the bathroom! That's what paper towels are for. I always got "the look" but who's laughing now!!!!!! But seriously how big is your carry on, you have a lot of large items..... you are a trooper for carrying around that very large camera! Thanks for the info and you are just lovely, keep smilin.

I wanted to thank you sincerely for this video. I'm a weird planner type and I am scouring the internet for the best travel/flight/carry on tips. Every single video I clicked on before yours was all the eye-rolling, duh moment obvious stuff. Take your cell phone on a plane. Take your boarding pass. Really? Thank you for having real tips that are actually helpful! With all my research, I thought I didn't have much more to learn, but you actually taught me something. I'd never thought about putting liquids in bags just in case they pop open. Great tip. And just because i absolutely love it, I highly recommend a Vinyasa scarf for your next plane trip.

🍬🍭 Scotland and Ireland...great video! I pack very similar things, I add a reusable water bottle and my favorite snacks. Target also has all kinds of travel sized contact solutions, usually with the regular sized ones.

I have seen a lot of packing videos and have traveled a lot myself and honestly this is the best packing video I have ever seen. You managed to cover so many things and gave so many useful tips that weren't just super generic and I loved it!! You are also actually hilarious so this video was wonderful to watch!!!! K. Mcfall I tend to document my travels through vlogs / photos and then do scrapbooks every year... my notebook is more of a random ideas/drawing/feelings/stream of consciousness... literally anything! I have a bullet journal and notebook for every day use but don't take those when I'm away
Definitely! I'll have to check out your vlogs !! I always have a daily planner I use for everyday life & business stuff . I do have a travel journal I use to document everything after I return from a trip! 👌🏾 TJ Maxx has really cute travel themed stationary too.

You should definitely go! If you book a ticket now, possibly through Kayak.com or another budget travel site, you could probably find a flight roundtrip for about $400! Icelandair has frequent flights. Thanks for much for watching!!!

🍬 Your Seat Guru tip is a life saver. The seat I originally picked because I thought it had more room turned out to be more restrictive. I just changed my seat. I'm sure my knees will be thanking you come September. I'm headed to England and Scotland!

Chewing gum doesnt help anymore for me.. the pain is just overwhelming, i usually use those special earplugs that filter the pressure out.. helps alot

That's definitely a given! 🙌🏾 I actually have two external chargers that I carry with me. Walmart for Black Friday is a perfect time to pick some high quality ones for cheap!

🍭🍬I recommend sound-cancelling headphones. The engines are LOUD. Headphones make for a more pleasant flight. They can be expensive but Sony makes one that's only 50 bucks that works well enough. Remember to remove during take off and landing or you get uncomfortable pressure in ears !!🍬🍭
Noise canceling headphones can definitely help! I'm definitely a sleeper on flights so that's my only problem I rather use air plugs and knock out 😂

I was at Marshall’s yesterday and the compression sock styles are actually getting nicer.
Compression socks are the best thing to have because of all the things you said but also when you fly a lot and don’t move around you can run a higher risk of blood clots in your legs.
Exactly! You are at a much higher risk, especially sitting in economy where you may not have a lot of leg room to stretch! Even with the compression socks, I try to stand and move around at least once an hour for longer flights ✈️
