Almost every world's nation has its own letters and ways to pronounce smth. Polish isn't the hardest. Czech, Slovakian, Croatian and other Slavic languages are the same level. Try learning French accent and letters (they have four different a or e!) and you'll see it's even more tough than Polish. Or look at Icelandic names, lol. Or at Chinese/Japanese/Hindi, where every word has different letter and pronounciation
