At Justin Beiber concerts, the crowd throws water bottles at the performer... I think I like Tokio Hotel's way better. Kudos to Bill for shaking it off so fast and keeping his composure. Hallmark of a great performer.
I actually don't know, he said in an interview (forgot which one) that he had fallen off at catwalk before, i've been trying to look for it but I guess no one got it on camera :(
