Eventually developers would need to deploy the end product to a Kubernetes cluster. With Tye, the deployment to Kubernetes cluster is simpler as far as I know. Currently people use Helm charts after dockerfiles are created, for the deployment and preparing Helm charts is a lengthy process.
Hi, Thank you for the presentation . However, the sample in the github repo is without the Identity Server. Will you push that into the repo as well? Is anybody reading these comments?
If you have an Azure native set of microservices how does this help with Azure SQL, Azure CosmosDB and Azure Service Bus. I know CosmosDB has an emulator but Azure Service Bus is a pain to develop with if you have a multiple teams of developers and want to dev/test in isolation. Any suggestions?
Looks very promising! Hope development will not be stopped!
Great talk !
Is this sample accessible somewhere ?
The Tye voting sample into the official repo is not the same 😟
I'm just thinking, why should I learn Tye instead of Docker compose? What are the selling points?
It's easier to learn Tye, I guess

Great job guys.

I wonder how he got the icon watermark in terminal.... 🤔
Hope this helps: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/customize-settings/profile-settings#background-image-settings
