मिल्छ। All the building bylaws must be satisfied.
Recommendation: Avoid subjecting the room to heavy loads. During the design process, the designer might not have accounted for heavy loads on the roofs.

@@civilengineeringtipsnepal1903 ae..it's not for me. K bhayo bhane, mero neighbour ko khulla kausi thyo paile, mero kotha sanga jodeko. Tara few months ago, tyesma Jasta Halyo . Tyo gaadi lai garage ma matthi vaako jastai flaat Brownbrown jasta. Maile sochey ki garmi ma hawa khana banayo hola, thikai cha. Btw yo kausi is...very close to my room. Uni haru ko adjacent talla ko floor chai 5+ feet tadha cha. But since building maathi jaanda mero room sanga close cha. Tara tyo bhaye ni i didn't mind kina ki "kausi ta ho atleast kotha haina ni" sochdai...but recently tyo jastaa muni uniharu ley aluminium ko jastai frame halera aina-sisha ley walled garera Bhancha banayo. Now they make so much loud noises that it's making me irritated. My place what once used to be so peaceful but now all of sudden because of their noise i can't even sleep. I doubt that they have to report this change to the government, no cement is used. Just aluminium and steel and glass. Do i have any advantage to be able to complain to them? Malai euta reason chaayo so i can say to them "Stop making noises"
