Yep I can confirm that if you have a back problem then raising the legs in that manner really helps ! Also consider acupuncture if the pain is strong

We had zero detention or internment camps, nor did we have forced vaccinations as reported in some of the least trustworthy US news sites and dodgy social media channels like that wanker Alex Jones. Old Town Spring area is a gem in north Houston. I grew up in Spring & went to Spring High. I'll have to stop by House of Roux. Love some cajun food! I have a bad back so may be time to be a crack addict soon too. Great video!
I have watched many of these videos and I have noticed people who have back pain are low in muscle mass, fat or skinny fat. Weak muscles and muscular imbalances cause a lot of pain in people, but I have never once seen a doc talk about strengthening their bodies or how to correct muscular imbalances.
Dr. Johnson, I have a request. I hope you read it and take it serious. Could you measure a patients' hight before and after spinal decompression (ring dinging) please? I am very curious. I bet others too. Thank you.
I can answer that - I grow about half an inch. Drives me nuts that my height goes up and down.
A friend of mine who is 6’4” that had to be flat on his back on a hard bed for 24 hours straight for a heart study(he randomly goes from to 300 beats a minute) told me that afterwards he was an inch taller.
