Fantastic video - just subbed! As someone who's obsessed with productivity I know the grind, but also in some ways the constant A/B testing and optimizations to your own routine/system is part of the fun. I've gotten it down (for now) to 1 moleskine for personal journaling, 1 moleskine for business ideas, and Clickup for everything digital (to do lists, daily calendar, team scheduling, etc).

Thanks for this man very helpful. I’m the type to write note down on whatever I have near me and for sure either lose them or have duplicates in multiple places. So I am going to try some of these tips for sure.

I got sober 4 years ago. I used to only have a few trashbags of clothes and my car to my name. (Still got that car) Times are a little different these days. While my everyday carry bag is a little obnoxious right now (I'm working on it) it allows me to remain comfortable and easily entertained (no idle hands). I can plug my headphones in game watch content on my tablet and still have my phone free. Or i can use mt phone for all of that. Just all depends on where i am or how much downtime i have at work. I manage a restaurant with a booming bar so when we are slow my edc is essential to my sobriety. My bag is also an everyday reminder of how far i have come. I recently upgraded to an ultra this go round for the sole purpose of note taking. I love it so much but its inconsistent at times so ive just purchased a notebook carry case that i can also use as my wallet and I'm very excited for such a simple thing. Im already decent at the note parts but would like to make some extra time to and take it to a more productive next step so thanks so much for the video.
Edit: I am also going to force myself to journal as ive always been awful at that

Have you tried/heard about Billetspin pens? I'd give them a go if I were you. They are exceptionally made and collectible too. Not cheap but the machining and quality is unmached. Also, they got an in-house designed and made mechanism.

Thanks for a great video- I have been using the NEO Smartpen which gives me the best of analog as well as digital. I can jot my ideas and drawings down and automatically safe them for later use. Now I can search my handwritten notes and tag them for future use. The handwriting transcription feature takes my notes to the next level. Check it out!
