You could do an amazing raised herb garden in that concrete circle thing in the front. Large rosemary domes, thyme, lemon thyme, mint, lemon mint for tea and lemonade, dill, parsley, cilantro, Thai basil for your Pho, lavender, chives. Even catnip for Mister. Emma could help weed it and pick it with you!
I’ve felt my second start moving around 12/13 weeks. It felt like little gas bubbles without the gas lol. You know what to look for/what the feeling is so you’re more aware of it. It’s totally possible they’re moving!

I love my summer infant 3D tote stroller. It has a huge basket, inclines for naps, doesn’t fall back when you put heavy bags on the stroller bars and the stroller bars are higher up so you are not bending over to push the stroller. I got it for travel and now I use it all the time :) I believe they sell a tandem one too ;)
- it’s actually possible to feel them this early, in your pregnancy it’s called “quickening”; which can happen well before your 20 weeks. it can start between I believe 13-18 weeks along. some have felt it sooner. it’s described as feeing like a “flutter”. & since this is your 3rd pregnancy, it’s very common for woman to feel there babies sooner in each pregnancy.

You can just buy a duvet cover for your old comforter if you want to reuse it also, you could do drought tolerant landscaping/groundcover in the front and grass in the back if you're worried about the amount of maintenance 😊

On the side wall a picture of a romantic place you both traveled together Or a picture that evokes a great memory since that’s the vibe trying to come together. Maybe a snake plant or a fiddle - leaf fig to clean the air and add dimension? Flowers are always chic and romantic, a soft comfy rug and a splash of some twinkle lights could be sweet too. Thoughts.... Why don't you take the gravel from the front yard and put it in the backyard garden area! I had bark in my garden and it was awful. I have since removed and I am in the process of putting gravel. This way you can leaf blow and not send bark everywhere. In the garden you gets lots of debris when you harvest and clean out beds so it's nice to leaf blow.

My hubby surprised me for my second with what was my dream stroller for my first(he didnt know bc I didnt want to ask for something so exsepnsive) and it is the best purchase. My hubby has been so glad too bc its held up really well too. It holds 3 kids which would be a plus for you too. It's a city select. :)
Walmart has umbrella strollers for like $10-$20. The $10 ones don’t have a shade over it and the $20 has a shade for the baby. It’s super simple to collapse. Literally just pull the red tab on the bottom and it’s just collapses. I use it when I fly home! Super super cheap, very budget friendly!
Since you’re getting so much fruit, you should get into canning and making jellies, syrups, and preserves. It’s really fun and it would be a fun thing to do with Emma as she gets older

Just got an umbrella stroller from Walmart for around 24$ it was good quality and so adorable. You could get one that looks like a purple hippo or a cow or a horse. It has the little shade hood thing that covers over their head too and had little ears on it for the animal it is. So cute!!

You may have been looking in the wrong spot for umbrella strollers or maybe they were out. Target definitely carries umbrella strollers starting around 20 dollars.
Summer infant 3D lite stroller at Target online. We got it for $60 it was amazing when we traveled. It had a small cup holder, the basket underneath held alot of our stuff and it was really thin like an umbrella stroller so we loved it. I think it reclined if Im not mistaken so she could take her naps. Try it out👍
With pets and kids (stain monsters) look into duvet covers. They’re easier to wash and you can change them out a little easier. Plus they tend to be ok the cheaper side
GB Pockit is not the cheapest stroller, but really worth its price. You can literally put it in your shopper bag. Was perfect for me because I was traveling alone with my toddler most of the time.
Chicco lightway stroller! We have it for our 11 months old daughter and love it! It’s super easy to click up and down and isn’t super bulky 👍🏻 Think they are $79 on amazon :)
You could have dabbed the blood on the couch with peroxide and it would have lifted it right off. I am a nurse. We always kept peroxide in our lockers to remove blood from our uniform when I worked at the hospital.

We have a comforter just like it and we love it for winter, but too much for summer... you will live it! Second pregnancies you always think you feel them sooner but, I think you just think any movement is the babies. Let the baby equipment collection begin!!

Your front yard slopes down into your house so those rocks are for drainage.
Don’t get rid of the gravel. Since the hill comes down towards your house, they’re likely part of a drainage system.

Walmart has umbrella strollers for like $10-$20. The $10 ones don’t have a shade over it and the $20 has a shade for the baby. It’s super simple to collapse. Literally just pull the red tab on the bottom and it’s just collapses. I use it when I fly home! Super super cheap, very budget friendly!
Since you’re getting so much fruit, you should get into canning and making jellies, syrups, and preserves. It’s really fun and it would be a fun thing to do with Emma as she gets older
I hope there’s good drainage in the front yard for the rare occasions when it rains a lot!
The rock may be to help with water that comes off the hill--- might have to put in a frain system if you take the rock out

Just got an umbrella stroller from Walmart for around 24$ it was good quality and so adorable. You could get one that looks like a purple hippo or a cow or a horse. It has the little shade hood thing that covers over their head too and had little ears on it for the animal it is. So cute!!

I wouldn’t be surprised if you really have felt them. Out of four pregnancies my mother felt us first at completely different times. With my second youngest sister it was pretty early, but Stacey was a whopper when she was born. I’m not surprised. Go with what your gut is telling you. You know what it felt like with Emma. Second pregnancies can definitely be felt early!!! I thought I was crazy too, but I looked it up and it happens ❤️. Also, I got my Graco umbrella stroller on amazon for $60 on sale. I wish I spent a little more and got the tray... but I always find sales on amazon!

I felt my first baby at 14 weeks and my second baby at 12 weeks, definately possible! The absolute earliest you can feel movement with even singletons is 9 weeks!
You can get a cheaper umbrella stroller from Amazon or Walmart! They aren’t the best quality, but they are great for traveling and short trips.
I know it will take time to get everything you want but it’s such fun & exciting making those plans 😃 xxx

You may have been looking in the wrong spot for umbrella strollers or maybe they were out. Target definitely carries umbrella strollers starting around 20 dollars.
Summer infant 3D lite stroller at Target online. We got it for $60 it was amazing when we traveled. It had a small cup holder, the basket underneath held alot of our stuff and it was really thin like an umbrella stroller so we loved it. I think it reclined if Im not mistaken so she could take her naps. Try it out👍

With pets and kids (stain monsters) look into duvet covers. They’re easier to wash and you can change them out a little easier. Plus they tend to be ok the cheaper side
Chicco liteway is great! The basket is a good size and you can lay the seat down if she falls asleep.
My husband and I both have our own blankets that are fluffy fuzzy like that. Super light but super soft and fuzzy and holy cow...they keep you warm!
My 16 month old niece did the same thing just in the last few weeks started waking up around 3am and staying awake til 5. Shes also teething.
GB Pockit is not the cheapest stroller, but really worth its price. You can literally put it in your shopper bag. Was perfect for me because I was traveling alone with my toddler most of the time.
Chicco lightway stroller! We have it for our 11 months old daughter and love it! It’s super easy to click up and down and isn’t super bulky 👍🏻 Think they are $79 on amazon :)
You could have dabbed the blood on the couch with peroxide and it would have lifted it right off. I am a nurse. We always kept peroxide in our lockers to remove blood from our uniform when I worked at the hospital.
You have such a cute baby bump! I’m so excited for your family. We were actually pregnant the same time as each other. I had my baby in July. He was my rainbow baby after two miscarriages. Definitely a miracle!
We have a comforter just like it and we love it for winter, but too much for summer... you will live it! Second pregnancies you always think you feel them sooner but, I think you just think any movement is the babies. Let the baby equipment collection begin!!
Hi, Rachel & Justin I wanted to remind you to wait for baby and winter clothes until you get to Minnesota. I grew up in Cali but now live in the Twin cities in Minnesota and in Minnesota we don't pay tax on clothing here and other things. So bring an extra bag with you! We might have snow this year by Thanksgiving!

The Cosco brand has a good pop up stroller! It’s not umbrella but it folds down to be even more compact!

Rachel Kathryn i agree with the sunshade not going down enough. I got lucky and mine came with a detachable cup holder.
My sister always said (she has 4 kids) with every child/pregnancy you feel the kicks earlier because you know how it should feel and you will wait for the sights...with her 3rd she felt it at 8 weeks.

I started feeling my middle and last boys earlier than my 1st son...ppl told me I was crazy but I knew what it felt like after my 1st. Rachelle, from my nursing experience and my own pregnancies,you probably are feeling the babies already. Since you've been pregnant before, you tend to feel flutters and kicks a little sooner but since there are 2 little ones in there your going to feel them alot sooner! I'm so excited for you guys! ❤️😊
