The vocal intermittencies are what makes the version...they show he's still trying to find joy and relevance in the song after close to 40 years! It doesn't quite deliver the same punch, but the nostalgia is worth it!

truly classic tune, more than the sum of its parts and a great rendition. Brings a tear to my eye just watching the video! Must have been great experiencing the magic in person!
Will be there on the 4th. Been waiting my whole life to see this guy play live though I have to admit his best live concerts were in the past. Will still be great.
Cool rendition of the song but I saw Johnny Marr live a few years ago, his version sounds way more like The Smiths. Moz seems to include Smiths songs out of a visible sense of obligation, like he's leading a sing a long he's slightly embarrassed of.
