Guess you never played Rivals before my guy. The cop chases in Rivals are super intense and brutal as hell. The cops are really deadly. One wrong move and you will be cornered by the cops driving hypers and will annihilate you until you are dead.
Do 30 minutes of this pursuit as a way to push yourself to the absolute edge and then you'll know just how much you can sweat in that time. I took a long ass break for weeks because all I could here was sirens and the sound of a helicopter everywhere I go

dude the cops in this game were actually just unfair lol they infinitely spawn in front of you and at any path you take. definitely the most brutal cops ever to the point where when I was a kid I ended up not beating the storyline not because of the races but because of how utterly ridiculous it was to avoid pursuits at higher levels
Huh didn't know the orange corvettes were the beta version of Cross. I just assumed they were the cut Street Racing Unit that never made it into the game but you'd see in the opening cutscene when booting up the game. Pretty neato
The Actual condition 10 you could access by editing the games memory and not from installing a mod is you guessed it. All cross and a helicopter, however, only 1 cross unit is active out of 99 more backup units (which is just cross). There are roadblocks but no spike trips and a helicopter that is always on your ass. Even if you get rid of it it will come back quicker than your farther picking up the milk out of the grocery store. Disabling any of the units only result in 0 bounty. Cooldown without hiding last s for about 10 minutes and 5 when hiding.
I remember doing this thing once but in a mode. It took me 1 and a half hour to get through it. My uncle who was a pro was surprised that I a 12 y/o could do what he could not in his favorite games.
Where does the Rockport PD find the budget to buy themselves hundreds of Corvettes and a dozen or so helicopters to crash and find capable and expendable people to drive them? They must have a side business, right? ;)
A friend of mine dislike NFSMW, says the pursuit is kinda off-beat with all the cops sounds panicky on the radio... I told him if I'm a cop and there's a crazy driver with invincible supercar capable to level all infrastructures of a city, I'll be panicking too...
I remember when I put an infinite nitro mod on it, it went down the golf road like hell... for me that game will be the best in the history of need for speed...😍😍
I had over an hour pursuits back on ps2. I loved this game so much. The carnage was lovely. Really loved the the manual transmission on that game as well. When done correctly nothing could keep you hemmed up.
