Oda can u make a video slowing down ur clicks and understanding how to one tick, which food heals what and how to combo eat, also including brews and super restores? Title: in depth pk guide from OSRS Best pker
th-cam.com/video/WUQ2iRCH9vc/w-d-xo.html This is a great explanation for 1 ticking. In short 1 ticking means you switch your weapon on the last possible moment before next attack. When that attack is going off is determined by what you dealt the previous hit with.
Combo eating is simple process. You click a 1 click food(such as shark), then saradomin brew/other potion(you can 'combo' boost potions and restores/pray pots too, same principle), then karambwan. You can also do just shark + karambwan or shark + brew.
Don't forget to restore and repot after consuming brew dose(s), as it lowers your offensive stats
