I'm also begginer but i think no ward early because the jungler has approximatively 3:30 minutes to clear his side and if he try to gank before clearing his jungle he will loose tempo. And the others you Can see them on the map (top/ support) so once you can't see them you have to ward or play safe (again i'm learning too so maybe i'm wrong)​@@sunebites

Enemy jg came counter jungle
So he knows where the jungler is without putting a ward.
