Kraken K4 ain't too shabby. 11 sucks, Prevail may be basic but it's pretty nice, but that Layer... it's cool, but it seems like a mix between Archer Hercules and Blast Jinnius...without the gimmicks of either. And it seems like most Attack types suck against it; I've tried all the ones I have (Valtryek Wing Accel, Victory Valtryek, Genesis Valtryek, Doomscizor Oval Accel, Dark Doomscizor, Krusher Doomscizor, Nightmare Lúinor, and even threw in Storm Spryzen & Legend Spriggan for the hell of it), *THEY ALL LOST.* Storm Spryzen & Dark Doomscizor came closest to beating Kraken K4, but ate the worst losses in getting Bursted. Guess that old type chart needs to be revised, because Attack doesn't seem able to beat Stamina anymore...
Sieg Xcalibur is called Surge Xcalius...that 1 Disk is okayish, but works best with the Layers of the Xcalibur line (though it does make a nice beef-up for Valkyrie Wing Accel/Valtryek Wing Accel, and could probably really juice up the original Xcalibur in something like Xcalibur 1 Xtreme')...

I have a mod for you.Get your kraken,If you have like the old ones before the metal series, grab the metal disc, get the infinity disc, get any driver you wish, and you have basically made a tank

When I saw the driver I thought it was Hasbro's Quest Driver, now that I think about it, they didn't even give Sword any metal, Didn't even make Ultimate Reboot of Yielding, Didn't put POM on Friction. Did not give us the Reach Frame. They might put this driver on this Orb Egis. And if they actually give us Quest with Orb Egis just call it luck
Maybe they’ll release Egis (E4?) as a switchstrike bey

I think what Kraken K4 would've needed was a Disc combo like 8-Cross to add weight,I tried it out with my Kraken and it actually made it have better stamina
Ogre is pretty good because of it's layer shape,very good for attack,if it was heavier i think it would be used more in Tournaments,my recommended combo for Orge is Orge 6Vortex Merge

Hey Ilinnuc or anyone for that matter. I'm looking to get into competitive Beyblading after many years of not playing. I started back in the OG days. But have recently got interested after finding your channel and several others. I'm curious what the current meta is or which beyblades in general are the best to pick from or if there is a definitive best bey that is number one. Hope to hear from you or somebody else who can give me pointers. Keep up the great videos Ilinnuc, as a new subscriber I'm looking forward to keep watching your channel grow.
Thanks for the kind words! For competitive Beyblade, Takara Tomy is the way to go in my opinion. The World Beyblade Organization has a website and is a great place to see what the current meta is like. I will say though, the new season of Beyblade is just around the corner so that could really shake the meta up!
