Don't forget the fantastic achievement by a Kilmeena from Mayo who won the all Ireland junior championship by overcoming a fancied Kerry team

Don't forget, you can support your local GAA Club's fundraising weekly Lotto draws, from anywhere in the world. I play Moneygall's Lotto draws. Which Club do you support?

Killkenny died with their boots on...A few bizarre refereeing decisions there at the end, and a few glaring wides by their forwards cost them...another 2 minutes and who knows...they finished the stronger team...!

@@hindenpeter2.04 They drew level twice, the second time was about the 62 minute mark...Killkenny were going too hard for goals...Donnelly was fouled twice, yet the referee ignored a rugby tackle on him by a Limerick player, then again he was soloing thru and a LM player clothes- lined him basically...free out for LM...then a free for Byrnes, for what, IDK, he pointed it from 85 meters...

@@sherp2u1 And Paddy Deegan charged straight into Will O'Donoghue and got a free in for it- KK point, when it should have been a free out. It would also appear that TJ either picked the ball off the ground or drooped his hurley (or bith) in the lead up to the second goal- but really who cares. As regards making bad decisions, that is the difference between a good team and a brilliant one. 'Byrnes pointed it from 85 meters'. Says it all really- what a massive free taker and most of all when the heat is really on.. A worthy inheritor of our proud tradition of producing great free takers. When we think of Bennis, Kirby and Dowling and now the this other 'Paddys Well' Collosus, is it any wonder we find it hard to be humble. And Humility is something we have always done very well, even if we do say so ourselves.
The fact is we gave KK the chance to win that twice but crucially we never left them get ahead once. Limerick were the better team.

Stop putting down other sports my God the whole country should celebrate our national teams beating other nations with a far smaller population and resources I thought we'd left all this nonsense and begrudgery behind. No need for it. Hurling will always be there. Dont be so insecure.

It's a hurling show. Many GAA people like myself don't have any interest in rugby. I agree with Dalo in there should be no rugby talk on the podcast. And New Zealand has a smaller population than Irekand anyway so i don't what your on about.

@@sherp2u1 Dalo hates rugby and has said so many times. It's only Landers that brings it up but Dalo quite rightly puts a stop to it. There are rugby podcasts for rugby where i doubt they talk abput hurling so lets keep this GA A podcast for all things GAA.
