What is #ASMR ?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

i love the breathing btw, i agree, raffytaphy used to be the only ones who did it and i wished people weren't so afraid of it. Sometimes it actually makes me feel bad when i cant tell asmrtists are holding their breath to focus on the sound they're making and make it clearer or whatever and im like relaxxx dont forget to breathh! Since you asked: the heavy breathing is something I find very soothing and good to listen to. You did it so naturally and well here. I've come across other people's videos/audios where they exaggerate the inhale and exhale, but you didn't. So...yeah. I'd love more of that :)

Bro I’ve only been listening to ASMR for like, a month, but it’s already helped so much. I have SPD so I’m extremely sensitive to sensory input. Certain noises make me go into a panic and whispering and/or other mouth noises are one of them. So, to train my brain to be able to handle it better, I started using ASMR as sound therapy. Sometimes I’ll still hear a noise and it’ll have a really bad outcome for me. But like... the fact that I can listen to someone whispering and not start crying or throwing a fit now (usually) is amazing. I still can’t handle most mouth sounds - I.E. licking, smacking, chewing, etc. but the progress is still extremely astounding to me.
Plus, when I’m experiencing a lack of sensory input, I tend to self destruct by hurting myself. ASMR is also really good for that because I can listen to a bunch of tapping noises and it kinda just fills in the empty space in my input that I would otherwise fill in by biting or scratching myself.
