It's always so nice to have you cover Utrecht! The Spoorweg Museum is a really nice museum, and if you're into trains, it's must visit! 't Oude Pothuys is not only a great visit for its cellars and live music - but also for their cheese fondue! Part of the reason that the Domkerk was never dfully rebuild (to connect it back to the Domtoren) was because after the hurricane locals took a lot of the bricks to repair their own homes. I believe reconnecting the kerk and toren is still on the agenda of one local political party (a religious one), but none of the others want to. Neither does vast majority of Utrechters. It's part of the city and unique. The "weigh your witchiness" refers to the Waag in Oudewater, where during the witch hunt in the Middle Ages a lot of people were weighed and convicted for "being a witch". I believe you can still weigh yourself there now, as it's some sort of museum.
