There is an optical audio port connected at the back for bluetooth or other speaker connections. With this option you can use TV speakers and output speaker device at the same time. 3.5m In jack connections cuts off any direct link to the inbuilt speaker of all devices. That's why you should not use the in jack especially with TV as speakers become redundant.
Its fast turning on because it doesn't shutdown the OS when you press the off button. It will only shutdown when you power it off from the wall. It won't be as fast when you power it on from the wall.
Thanks for this! I was worried that a $500 TV would be pretty slow (like the one I currently have and am wanting to replace) and this helped me make my decision :3
Hey I've had this TV for a year now and it's been fine. Never ever connect a smart TV to the internet, I physically removed the wifi board from the TV to prevent it from going online.
@@bestbits5832 Just go to Settings, Remotes & accessories, Add accessory. From there you can pair your BT headphones (make sure your headphones are in the pairing mode). Bear in mind there might be some slight audio sync/lag issues when watching video.

My EKO 65" Android TV can connect BT headphones. This JVC should be able to too.
Oh ok. Could not find anything in the manual and in the settings. I’ll look into it again. Thanks for your comment!

JVC australia CS confirmed : NO. Wish this info helps
@@huang4486 Are you sure? I’m looking at some of these TVs online and most of them have HDR in the title?
@@Moonlight.Deadite that is what JVC Customer service told me. It doesn’t surprise me that low price TV doesn’t support HDR
@@huang4486 When was this exactly if you don’t mind me asking?
